Photo Party

I'm trying to get an exhibition in Bangkok of photographs I took in South Korea.

The Rotunda Gallery at the Neilson Hayes wrote to me, so maybe I'll have an exhibition there in '09.

Physics Party

Modern Physics hanging home decorations.

On a trip to Chinatown I found fresh water pearls and australian crystal. To make these hanging sculptures I interlaced metal wire with white cotton thread. I wrapped the frame with linen and intertwined it with metal chain.

I have some 'blood red' paper roses and 'black diamond' crystals I'd like to use for the next ones.

Resting, after party.

I have started a series of paintings entitled 'The Science of Sleep'.In preparation I took photographs and sketches of a resting body.

Working with a very light colour palette in watercolour I chose pinks and greys, peaceful colours. The paintings incorporate daubs of gold leaf to represent a slipping of the conciousness into something secret and precious.
